Academic:-New Session has started for VI to XII on 01.04.07. Teachers have been told for split up of syllabus, preparation of diaries, Question papers. Split up will be received from NVS RO BPL.. The admission in class 11th has been given as per their achievements in class-X. The commerce students have been sent to JNV Amarkantak as per discussion. Likewise letters will be written to JNV, Raigarh, JNV, Sarguja,Mahasamund & JNV, Amarkantak to send their students of Huminities on 01.06.05. The microbiology students also sent to the JNV raipur. Remedial Classes : Regular remedial classes and supervise will be conducted by subject teachers as per Time Table. EXAMINATIONS 1.Eight Unit Tests will be conducted. 2.Evaluation – within two days from exams. 3.Submission of one marks list to Exams. Dept. and one to Acad. Incharge. 4.Display of toppers class wise on the notice Board and on 2nd of 3rd of each month. 5.Class teachers will let the parents know the achievements of their wards in PTC meetings on every second Sunday. 6.Marks of assignment tests must be submitted along with marks of Unit tests, after assessing children’s home assignment given during that particular month. 7.Project work is a compulsory exercise for all the students. It is the responsibility of subject teacher to allot project work according to the interest of the children. In no case any relaxation should be given even for no work. One project work test will be conducted in each term. 8.One Oral Test of 10marks and one Quiz (subject wise) out of 15 marks are to be conducted in one term. 9.Mark sheets i.r.o. First Project work Test, Oral Test and Quiz Test are to be submit to the Exams. Department by 28th Sept.- 2005. Where as the mark sheets for second term be submitted by 10th February 2006. 10.First Term & Second Exams or Half Yearly Exams will be conducted as per schedule received from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Bhopal. 11.Questions papers for First term & Second Terms Exams will be set at Regional level. 12.There will be Regional Board Exams for class VIII. It will be compulsory to pass class VIII otherwise TCs will be issued. Further guidelines are to be received from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Pre annual test will be conducted. 13.Pre –Board Tests for Board classes will be conducted as per schedule and guidelines from NVS. 14.Post admission test for class VI will be conducted from 6th to 10th June in Maths, Hindi, English, Science and Social Science. 15.Class teachers must ensure that Progress Reports should be signed by the parents of the children.
