A. Academic 1.To achieve 100% pass Result in class X and XII with 90% First Divisioners. 2.To achieve 75% subject average in all subjects of class X and XII. 3. To achieve 100% pass results in all non-board classes with 80% First Divisioners and 70% subject average in all subjects. 4.To encourage students to get at least four 0.1% merit certificates of CBSE in X and XII in 2008 CBSE Exams. 5.To get at least 2nd position at Regional Level iro class X and XII result. 6.At least 90% of the students appering in X and XII should obtain more than 60% marks in aggregate. 7.To develop communication skill among children at least in two languages – Hindi and English or Hindi and Oriya. 8.To ensure each child to read at least two books apart from reference books from the library each month. 9.To inspect class-room teaching of each subject teacher in July and August . Conduct second round of inspection in Nov. & Dec. Third round in Jan. & Feb. 10.To ensure class room teaching as learner centred , participatory, communicative and interactive. 11.To ensure subject teachers using OHP, slide projector , Computer, Internet and other teaching aids to the maximum extent while class-room teaching. 12.100% attendance of the students be ensured in the classes from the very first day. Teachers should also be sounded that they will enter and leave the class timely. 13.Exam Dept. will give notice to subject teachers (from time to time) to let students know the pattern of question papers. 14.Subject teachers will prepare questions papers of unit tests in a note book in advance get signature of the principal one day before Uts. 15.CBSE pattern will be followed strictly in case of question paper preparation. 16.Teacher’s record cards and cumulative cards will be maintained in all respect, no column should be left blank. Sports :- i)As per our target nearly 45-50 players will participate at Regional level , 15-20 players at National level and 5 at SGFI level . ii)Every students will use Multi-Zym & practice yoga exercises. iii)One more Hockey ground, one more Kho-kho ground & one basket ball court will be developed. OFFICE MAINTENANCE 1.Service Records of all staff will be updated in June 2007 and January 2008. 2.Purchase procedure will be completed by 30th April- 2007. 3The approval of Distt. Collector for higher rates if any for the item selected will be got approved by 4th June 2007. 4.Retender for left out items will be done by 2nd week of May. 5.Supply order will be placed by 20th May-2007 for mess items , stationary , M& R items, daily use items, uniform cloth etc. 6.Central Marks Register, T.C. Register , Migration Register Mini Migration Register, Admission Register, Medical records (by Staff Nurse), Subject Committee Meeting Register (by subject conveners), Battery Test register (by PET), Teachers dairy, daily dairy, Mess Register, VIP visits registers will be maintained. 7.CBSE affiliation is already updated. Registration of class IX will be done. 8.The following records will be maintained :- Water portability records & Sub-meters records. Audit-recoveries will be updated & compliance report will be sent. Attendance Register, Visitors Register, Night & Day watchman, Computer and Internet logbook, & M.O.D file. Staff Meeting, Meeting with prefects, class monitors, migrated students and documentation. Individual CPF, GSLIS records. House Masters, parents, students correspondence file Register of registers and register of files. 9.ERNET report, CLP report, report on Computer Faculty will be sent in first week of each month. 10.Pannel Inspection tools will be kept ready. 11.Hindi Raj Bhasha activities report, monthly report, mess accounts report, staff & students strength report, stream allocation report etc. will be sent regularly. 12.Employment Exchange report, recruitment of matron, lady sweeper and chowkidar, Electrician cum-plumber. 13.Information of income from all resources i.r.o. PGTs, OS, VP and Principal will be sent in January 2006. 14. Ledger will be maintained regularly. B.E.,R.E Annual Accounts will be submitted timely. 15.Condemnation procedure will be taken up as per schedule planned.
